Josh Russell currently lives in Austin Texas. His work lies in the gully between academic electro-acoustic and ambient drift.

In 2000 he founded bremsstrahlung recordings and in 2005 founded TRANS>PARENT RADIATION it's net-audio/CDR sub-label.
